Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern your use of Sprayline. By selecting the acceptance checkbox or using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Safety Guidelines.

You must be at least 16. If you are under the age at which you may agree independently where you live, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and permitted your use of Sprayline. Do not accept or use the service if these conditions are not true.

Accounts and gym access

Provide accurate information, keep your credentials private, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Gym access is invitation-only. Do not share an invitation outside its intended community or try to enter a gym without permission. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Routes, images, and other content

You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You give Sprayline a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, display, adapt for technical delivery, and otherwise process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You confirm that you have permission to submit the content and that it does not violate another person's rights.

Routes and images created for a gym form part of that gym's shared records. They may remain after account deletion with anonymous attribution. Gym administrators may edit or remove gym content and manage membership to keep their community safe.

Acceptable use

Do not use Sprayline to harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, or endanger anyone; publish hateful, sexual, illegal, privacy-invasive, or rights-infringing material; target minors; upload malware; bypass access controls; scrape private gym data; disrupt the service; or facilitate unlawful conduct. Flag concerning routes through the in-app flag control and contact support about user conduct. See the Safety Guidelines for more detail.

Real-world climbing risk

Sprayline records community information; it does not inspect walls, holds, routes, facilities, or users. Route drawings, grades, and send records may be incomplete or wrong. Climbing can cause serious injury or death. Follow facility rules, inspect conditions yourself, use appropriate supervision and equipment, and stop if something appears unsafe. Never rely on Sprayline as a safety system or professional instruction.

Moderation and suspension

We and authorized gym administrators may review flags and remove content, restrict features, remove gym membership, suspend accounts, preserve relevant evidence, or contact appropriate authorities when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms. We aim to assess flags and complaints fairly but cannot guarantee that every dispute will be resolved to every user's satisfaction.

Ending your account

You may stop using Sprayline and delete your account in the app or on the account-deletion page. The retention effects are described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access for material or repeated violations, security threats, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service.

Service availability and liability

Sprayline is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent allowed by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free data, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Sprayline is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by inaccurate user content, or risks inherent in climbing and facility use.

Changes and contact
